Best bag ever

I can’t walk down the road without being asked where this from. Love it! Have just purchased the black for winter and going to get a couple for Christmas gifts too. 100% recommend

Arrived, one of the letters fell off within a day. Sent it back to be repaired. Arrived a second time without even taking it out of the packaging I could see the B was still hanging off. Emailed the company - zero response - trying to get a refund but not hopeful?! Avoid!!!!
